The Sattar – Properties brand aims to be synonymous with luxury, premium service and attention to detail and the specific needs of each client.

iupi was invited to rethink this brand that was closely associated with the Middle East to embrace a new identity more aligned with the expectations of European and American clients about what a luxury brand is.

The project was developed from a detailed strategic re-branding study supported by the Integrated Branding Model® developed by iuπ that resulted in a new image composed of logo and signature, as well as a whole new line of communication based on a robust website developed to measure.
