Training Diagnosis and Plan
Training plays a key role in any organization’s continuous improvement strategy.
The training diagnosis consists of surveying and identifying individual and/or collective deficiencies in the knowledge, skills and competencies of the organization’s employees. It is on the basis of the information gathered in the diagnostic phase that the proposed training plan is drawn up to respond to the gaps identified, and is therefore extremely important.
By carrying out a training diagnosis and respective training plan, it is possible to design training experiences in line with the business strategy, the aim of which is to boost and accelerate the growth of employees in key areas, providing various advantages, such as:
- Creating added value for clients and partners
- Compliance with mandatory annual training
- Training of technical professionals for specific functions
- Easy integration of new employees in line with the company culture.
