Sustainability Audit

The asessment service is carried out in 3 main stages:

1. Initial assessment of the company, by department and by objective:

• The process begins with an in-depth analysis of each department. This involves finding out about current practices, resources used and environmental impacts.
• Boosting Productivity.
• Corporate restructuring.

This way we can gauge what the starting point will be.

2. Presentation of results and suggestions:

• Based on the initial assessment, we present a detailed report identifying points for improvement, existing practices that require rapid intervention and opportunities for optimization.
• The report includes specific suggestions for each department, identifying concrete improvements to achieve the proposed objectives. This could include waste reduction, energy efficiency or even responsible use of resources.

4. Development of a Sustainability Policy:

Presentation of a comprehensive policy that incorporates customized strategies for each department according to the objectives set, which may include issues such as reducing the carbon footprint, responsible social practices and corporate governance.

Accompanying the company in the implementation of the strategy and setting up a metrics system to measure the progress of the project.
