Research and Development Voucher supports a project to acquire consultancy services in technological research and development activities, as well as technology transfer services.
Eligibility Criteria Research and Development Voucher
- Insert itself in the priority areas of the research and innovation strategy for smart specialization;
- Have an application date prior to the start date of contracting with the service provider;
- Demonstrate that the funding sources are assured;
- Have a maximum duration of execution of twelve months;
- Does not correspond to a project in progress at the accredited entity;
- Clearly, objectively and practically identify the problem to be solved and demonstrate that the services to be acquired in the selected intervention domain will contribute to its effective resolution;
- Demonstrate the incremental and non-recurring nature of the contracted activity;
- Correspond to an acquisition of the services from an entity registered as accredited entities and show that within the scope of the acquisition of the service, consultation was carried out with at least two of the entities accredited in the domain of selected intervention, if any.
